The patch notes for this new version are:

• Added a whole area "Quarantined Lilty Temple" to the east, in the area surrounded by spikes. Beware it's pretty scary :)
• Added health and a death screen
• Fast travel is now possible to places you've camped at, use the backpack at campsites to activate
